Three Ways to add Happiness to your Day

The day is long, work is hard, and your to-do list just keeps piling up. Sometimes we get so caught up in life we forget to take time to embrace it. Here I will share three ideas to turn your day around and add a little spark.

1. Personal Dance Party

You can do this with friends or on your own. What is your go-to happy music? Turn it up and just give 5 minutes of your day to letting loose and dance like no one is watching. Guaranteed you’ll be ready to take on the day when the music stops. 

2. Get Sexy with your Partner 

The throws of love isn’t just a dirty thing to never be spoken of,  it will actually release happy endorphins in your body. Take some time to get down and dirty with your man or woman and I assure you, your day will be taken to a new level. 

3. Take Time to Laugh 

Laughter is another thing that releases happy endorphins. Something I do at work is discover new comedians or specials that leave me in pieces. Jack Whitehall Comedy Special is one I discovered about a month ago and I highly recommend it, you can find it on Netflix. I listened to it again today and even in my cubical I cannot hold in the laughter. He’s clever, so funny he cracks his own self up which makes it even funnier and there isn’t a single political opinion in his special. Just lots of stories and laughs. Win!
